Habitarte Verde

Habitarte Verde:

A live collection of new Brazilian particularities

On a 20,000 sqm land in the heart of the Brooklin neighborhood is Habitarte Verde, the first phase of a concept created to exalt the best we have in architecture, design and landscaping and meet the new Brazilian style of living and socializing.

Brooklin has a wide structure for commerce, leisure and services and easy access to the main business hub in São Paulo and Latin America. The region is also beginning to receive the first interventions of the Água Espraiada Urban Operation, such as the bike lane, the new stations of the lilac subway line and the gold line of the monorail, among many other benefits to come.

An urban-scale sculpture integrated into the façade is Habitarte Verde’s eye-catcher. Here, the apartments have exclusive services, high-end finishes and fitness facilities on the rooftop overlooking the city skyline.

All this privilege is complemented by widened sidewalks and a St. Marche market on the same block.
